2008
2024
KCE FM are moving from strength to strength, Callum Yates has taken on the position of Chairman with Danny Curwood joining him at the helm as our new Managing Director, and Paul Evans as our Contracts Director, we have really never been a stronger position.
1993
KCE FM was established in the UK in 1993 as a business unit within one of the world's largest design, development and construction companies.
2017
After 2 decades based in our offices in Islington, KCE FM secured the purchase of new premises for our fine company in January 2017. Our new home at Glengall Bridge, offers our team beautiful panoramic views over a tranquil area of Docklands and is located close to the bustling centre of Canary Wharf.
NOW
We have never really looked back since that day in September 1993 and, amazingly, we have grown the business from concept to where we are today with over 135 staff, a £25m turnover, a strong trading history and with an extremely bright future.
We were delighted to receive the
opportunity to purchase the company under a management buy-out deal, and commenced operations under the business trading name of KCE FM Limited on the 1st of January 2008.

It is the aim of KCE FM to continually develop and further establish the professional capabilities of our company and to continue to provide our clients with a uniquely professional yet personal and tailored level of Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance and Aftercare service.
We are extremely proud of our history and of our team, and have generated a strong database of successful Facilities Management and M&E maintenance contracts, together with numerous ongoing building fabric and refurbishment projects.

At KCE FM, we offer our clients a range of Planned Preventative Maintenance, part comprehensive and fully comprehensive contracts covering all aspects of building services maintenance and facilities management and by tailoring these contracts to suit our clients needs we can simplify the whole process.
By consolidating our experience, our dedicated helpdesk, accomplished engineers and trusted supporting specialist contractors will work together to reduce administration and provide our clients with an efficient and streamlined tailor made service.

With each of our contracts uniquely administered and managed by a dedicated portfolio team, KCE FM can ensure the delivery of a transparent and friendly service, allowing our clients to keep track of their works every step of the way.
With our centralised and cloud-based management systems, our clients can see exactly what they are spending, retrieve progress reports, statutory certification and documentation, ensuring total confidence in the service we provide.
PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
KCE FM work closely with each of our clients to create a bespoke and uniquely tailored service for each site. With our asset management system, and our team of highly experienced engineers, KCE FM will put into place a detailed schedule of planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s) to eliminate any potential issues before they occur.
By taking a detailed review of all site assets and equipment, KCE FM will categorise the condition, critical importance and business impact of each element of equipment to allow a tailored regime of condition based monitoring, regular testing and planned preventative maintenance to be implemented to maximise efficiency and improve lifecycle expectancy.
