Operations Director Danny Curwood is a huge part of the KCE FM team and oversees the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the business, where he continuously exceeds the demands, needs and expectations of our clients and customers alike. Danny joined us from a fierce competitor in 2007 and he has been a key part of our team for over 10 wonderful years. Outside of work Danny is an avid West Ham fan (not that he ever mentions it!).
Contracts Director Paul is another huge part of the business and joined KCE FM in 2006 having worked within the building services industry for over 20 years and gaining an outstanding level of experience and an excellent knowledge of most general and complex HVAC systems. Paul is an incredibly motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and always adopts a practical and analytical approach to his work.

Company Secretary Ken is our qualified Accountant and Company Secretary. Ken has been working beside Callum with KCE FM for over 10 years and has extensive financial experience gained in a variety of companies ranging from Multi-nationals to small SME’s. When he's not trying to convince us all that figures are interesting, Ken enjoys football, cycling and skiing.
Payroll & Company Benefits Boss Dawn joined KCE FM, "The Best Team In The World", in 2006, when we were still part of Kajima Construction Europe (UK). Dawn takes care of our staff’s payroll, pension and company benefit package amongst a variety of umpteen other duties such as staff contracts, SharePoint and IT Coordinator. Dawn provides an excellent level of general day-to-day support across our great team. Prior to joining KCE FM, Dawn was an Analyst/Programmer for 19 years.
Senior Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager Big Tom is a Long serving member of our fine KCE FM team, having started with us as an Engineer away back in 2000 and he has since worked across many sites gaining invaluable experience. Tom is a smashing lad and is now working alongside our contracts managers and engineers to ensure total client satisfaction, be it maintenance or small works. Outside of work, Tom is a qualified football coach for his sons U10 team.
Contracts Manager Having been trained and worked through an engineering background this took Alan into building services. Alan enjoys taking on the challenges he faces as a manager as well as helping engineers and clients alike to maintain their building to a perfect standard Outside of work, Alan tries to enjoy a game of golf, but we're not sure that anyone can really enjoy a game of golf …. It’s so frustrating !!! 😊
Contracts Manager Alan joined KCE FM in 2013 with a vast M&E background spanning building services maintenance and project works. Alan has invaluable and extensive knowledge and understanding of the HVAC industry which is integral to the KCE FM team. Alan is a strong and motivated person with an inimitable sense of humour who achieves KCE FM’s objectives through the strength of his team.

Accounts Manager Stuart has been a part of the team since 2006, beginning life as an accounts assistant. Having achieved his full AAT membership through KCE FM sponsorship five years ago Stuart is now only a few exams away from being a full member of ACCA and becoming a fully qualified accountant. Outside of work Stuart is a keen tennis player playing for his local club and also a very keen snowboarder.
Technical Manager Pete has been a huge part of our team since joining KCE FM way back in 2000. Pete is an incredible old soldier and if Pete can't fix it with a pair of 24" stillsons then it simply can't be fixed!
Compliance
Sustainability & Technical Manager David is our Sustainability & Technical Supervisor with a vast amount of experience within the industry. David is our HV Senior Authorised Person and is heavily involved with our building electrical shutdowns, thermal imaging surveys, and building energy audits where he has made huge energy reductions and cost savings for many our clients. David is a member of CIBSE and IET and enjoys teaching and acts as a mentor for a number of our junior engineers.

Acting Office Manager
Water Treatment Consultant Tom joined us in 2010 and is our go-to guy for upholding our compliance with the Legionella Control Association. Tom provides specialist support in water hygiene maintenance, lab services, disinfection, closed system chemical cleaning, tank refurbishments and replacements. Tom has a keen interest in the natural world and loves hill walking and climbing and he is currently taking on the Munroe Mountain challenge!
Helpdesk Supervisor Nikki joined the KCE FM team in 2013 and provides our clients with an absolutely excellent level of front line support. Nikki has a hugely influential role within the business working closely alongside our Senior Operations Manager, managing the various day to day issues that occur. Outside of work, Nikki has a passion for fashion and spending time with family and friends.
Maintenance Supervisor Jade joined KCE FM in 2010 as an office junior and has an excellent knowledge of our business systems. Jade is very much a key part of our Helpdesk Team working closely with our contract managers whilst maintaining a portfolio of very high profile premises across London. Jade mentors our new starters and junior staff and enjoys teaching them and watching them progress.
