The role will include the delivery of frontline mechanical and electrical maintenance to all aspects of general building services, fault finding and planned preventative and reactive maintenance within our Central London and Home Counties portfolios. Candidates must be suitably experienced, highly motivated and be proven team players who are looking to give client satisfaction and assist with the continued growth of a successful FM business.

Skills/Experience required:
Experienced Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer with a good track record - Water Hygiene/Health & Safety an advantage - Good communication skills - Flexible in approach.
