Maintenance Administrator

Due to our continued steady and structured growth KCE FM are pleased to confirm that we are looking for 2 fully experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Administrators to join our fine team and help us to serve our many Clients with the high standard of service they very rightly deserve.

Applicants must possess and be willing to demonstrate commitment, honesty and integrity and show a mature attitude towards working under pressure whilst possessing a high level of initiative. In addition to the above, the successful candidates must be well organised, able to demonstrate good front line support skills and have a high understanding of the importance of providing an unequalled totally focused customer orientated service.

 

Duties will include Co-ordination and facilitation of new tenders, contract initialisations, contract renewals and contract completions – including management of Minor Works Module in PLANET, preparation of reports for maintenance contracts and reports required for operational board and project review meetings.  Work in accordance with and demonstrate compliance in operating the Company’s Integrated Management Systems and Legal Compliance Procedures. Coordination of internal project review meetings, site audits & technical inspections, including setting of date, confirmation of attendance, meeting room booking, preparation and issuing of agenda and documents for discussion, issue of meeting notes and follow up of required action points correspondence, Sub-Contract Orders and site attendances, liaise with clients and sub-contractors as instructed for site attendances, To enter/log all surveys and quotations required and follow up with engineers and sub-contractors that planned works have been carried out, and to ensure all reports etc are received.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Good Communication skills

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience working in high volume environment and previous experience of working to deadlines.

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

  • Ideally reside in London Area and able to provide references of past employment.
