All That Glitters Is Not Gold, It's Platinum!

This year is our third year running of being in the 5% Club, and KCE FM are hugely proud to announce that we have now been awarded the highest category of Platinum!

Their employer audit award has been completed each year and for both previous years we achieved Gold. That means 10% of our team completed our ‘Earn while you Learn’ training over a 12 month period to achieve this.

This requires two previous Gold awards and then achieving 10% of the workforce in such training schemes as mentioned above.

The award shows the commitment and actions that the company makes and has made to training the young & inexperienced, as well as its existing workforce in “earn while you learn” schemes.
